Shipping policy

Orders are usually shipped within a period of 3 to 5 days. Except for custom orders, they have an estimated shipping time of 3 to 4 weeks. If any situation or vacation arises, you will be informed.

We are not responsible for packages lost by the postal service. All our packages have insurance to be claimed in case of loss or damage. For more information you should contact USPS.
